Duty Managers, Front Office Supervisor, Reservations Agent

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a hotel/resort environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Immaculate presentation and grooming standards. Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays. The capability to work in a fast paced environment both as part of a team and individually. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Must be effective at listening to, understanding and have customer caring attitude.
