Change Analyst

Minimum 3 years' experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Project Delivery, or similar roles
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
Proven experience delivering training and user adoption initiatives
Ability to document and analyse business processes and identify gaps
Experience supporting business transformation or technology implementation projects
Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Bonus Skills:
- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Information Management (PIM)
- Experience with Stibo STEP or similar enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Information Management practices
- Experience supporting ERP, Digital Transformation, or Data Migration projects
- Relevant Change Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management certifications
